To obtain it he gambles then borrows from a loan shark which gets himself into trouble. Life becomes very difficult, not only for him but for Helen who cannot understand his behavior because he has not told her about the growth.And then Paul and Barnabas come to town preaching Jesus and life in Antioch Pisidia changes for quite a few people, also in Lystra and other towns in Galatia. People discover a freedom they never experienced before.Until people infiltrate the church preaching that to be accepted by God the Gentiles must be circumcised and must keep certain days and perform certain rites. They say Jesus is not enough. The only way to find out what is right is to contact Paul but nobody knows his exact whereabouts. The only way to find out is to go to Antioch in Syria and maybe on to Jerusalem which is not an easy journey.This book is a work of fiction. The letter which Paul wrote to the Galatian church is real and found in the Bible. It is a letter which transforms lives.This is a novel. The only true characters are Paul, Barnabas and the apostles but no words are put in their mouths apart from what we read in Acts and Galatians.
